Situated at the foot of Niaojhui Hill, Meiyuan, Sinle Village, Jianshih Township, Tieling isthe only basin with an area of about 30 hectares in this township. The tall cliffs surrounding the basin make it difficult to access. In the early days, itwas a base for the special brigades of the air force troops, which performed intensive mountain training and parachute training etc. But now it was reconstructed to be a recreational spot. There are wooden tables, wooden benches and pavilions built along the river and woods, forming a newly emerged recreational place.
